HOW TO PLACE ORDER

Step 1: Registration / Login
For new customer, please proceed to register as a new member from the right hand corner of this website. Registration is free!
For existing customer, please proceed to login to the webstore using your user name and password.
Step 2: Placing Order
Please select your desired products from our store and click on “Add to cart”, kindly proceed to “checkout” when you have decided to place order for the product.
Step 3 : Shipping Information :
Shipping cost For normal Mobile Phone and Camera weight around 1kg will be charged from CAD9.90 onwards to Canada via Fedex/DHL/EMS saver/EMS express depending on the product weight as well as the mode of shipment you selected.
Step 4: Making Payment
Once you have selected the appropriate payment method, please proceed to make payment using credit card via our online store or direct bank transfer manually from your bank.
Step 5: Order Processing
Once we have received your payment via moneybookers or credit card or direct bank transfer, we will proceed to ship the order to the shipping address based on the order details. It will take 2-3 days for payment to be verified. Please ensure you submit to us the verification document as requested as promptly as possible in order to expedite the ordering & shipping process.
Step 6: Track Your Order
You may track your orders online via DHL, EMS or Fedex based on the tracking # provided by our customer support manager, it normally takes 3-10 days for the product to be shipped to your destination depending on the shipping mode you selected as well as your shipping destination.
